I didn't learn entrepreneurship from a textbook.
I founded Living Energy Events & Productions and spent 29 years building it into a multi-state, award-winning event planning, entertainment, and AV production company.
The Living Energy team produced 200–300 events annually for clients nationwide. As founder and president, I built the teams, created systems, and navigated downturns, leading a business that remained debt-free and cash-flow positive for more than 25 years before successfully selling the company in 2018.
Building that business wasn’t easy. Looking back, I wish I’d had a system like EOS to help our leadership team get aligned, stay focused, and share accountability.
Today, I bring that experience to the leadership room. I understand the work of building a business—and the freedom that comes when it no longer depends on you for everything.
